1.2 Our services are offered in compliance with professional standards and the ethical guidelines of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
1.3 These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Counselling Services
2.1 Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. For clients under 18, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.
2.2 Session Duration
Each counselling session typically lasts 50–60 minutes unless otherwise specified.
2.3 Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential, in line with the ethical guidelines of the HPCSA. Information will only be disclosed with your explicit consent or when legally required, such as in cases of risk of harm to yourself or others.
2.4 Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the session rate.
2.5 Medical Aid Submissions
We are registered with the HPCSA and can provide invoices for submission to medical aid providers. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm coverage with their provider.
Payment Terms
3.1 Fees
Fees for services will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment is required at the time of the session or as agreed upon in advance.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, and direct deposits.
3.3 Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

Client Responsibilities
6.1 Clients are expected to engage in counselling sessions respectfully and in good faith.
6.2 Clients must provide accurate information to ensure the effectiveness of the counselling process.
Termination of Services
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate services if a client breaches these Terms and Conditions or behaves inappropriately during sessions.
7.2 Clients may discontinue services at any time by notifying us in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
