Do you provide online counselling sessions?

Yes, we offer both in-person and online sessions to accommodate your preferences and schedule.

How long is a typical counselling session?

Each session lasts approximately 50–60 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss a plan that works for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT, credit cards, and direct bank deposits. Details will be provided upon booking.

Are your services covered by medical aid?

Yes, our services are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), and we can provide invoices for submission to your medical aid. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage.
